WineO Mark Review

This wine has a ruby red color with gentle purple hues. You can smell plums, blackberries, raisins, vanilla, and cinnamon with notes of black pepper, and earth.

It’s full-bodied, rich, elegant, has a smooth texture, and a good balance of acidity. On the palate, there are blackberries, black currants, cherries, plums, and vanilla. There are also hints of chocolate, tobacco, oak, and smoke creating a hint of spiciness. This wine has soft tannins and a fruity and long finish.

true Italian beauty (in a bottle) – Allegrini’s take on the traditional Ripasso method from a beautiful renaissance Villa and vineyard in Fumane, near Verona. I enjoyed this wine very much.
