On the glass, this wine has a pale yellow color with a bright and citrus aroma. You can smell green apple, grapefruit, kiwi fruit, and lemon with notes of grass, green herbs, and some minerals.

It’s light-bodied, well-balanced, rich, dry, and has high acidity. There are flavors of passion fruit, and fresh kiwi fruit with hints of lemon, grass, and tangerine. 

Not your typical Sauvignon Blanc! But if you’re looking for a bottle of the best white wine to pair with complex salads or a bottle rich enough to go well with all seafood, tuna, and white meats – we think this one nailed it. 

It has the balance of flavor, aromatics, and acidity – intense and nutty on the first sip (not particularly SB-like!) but shows off its lemony, biscuity layers with decent minerality and smokey element the second time.
