WineO Mark Review

Spain’s northern Basque country is home to this Rose wine.

A pale rose color on the glass. This wine has a bouquet of raspberries, ripe strawberries, apricots, and grapefruits followed by notes of white flower and minerals.

It’s light-bodied with a slight effervescence, that’s filled with bright citrus flavors creating an invigorating acidity and a fresh sensation. You can taste strawberries, pears, cranberries, and muted minerality. This wine has a dry and crisp finish.

This wine is a great example of that region with a little effervescence which makes for a great crisp wine. Bidaia Rose is perfect for a hot summer day.
