Bogle Merlot 2020 Review
The 2020 vintage year has better ratings compared to other years for this wine so keep an eye out for this one.
The Bogle Merlot bottle looks like your ordinary bottle of wine and has nothing really special about it. The wine itself has dark garnet in color.
This wine is very aromatic. The first impression that I got is oak, vanilla, dark berries, a hint of chocolate, and even tobacco. Additionally, I get charred cedar, and baked cherries.
You get to taste the same aroma that you smell. I got the red dark fruits forward including the blackberry, dark berries, and other rich dark fruits. Additionally, I can taste the vanilla and sweetness from the ripe red fruits.
The Bogle Merlot has soft, pleasant, and silky fresh notes. The velvety berry notes provide its medium sweetness and have a slight pepper finish. Overall, it has dominating flavors and a strong tannin presence.
