On the nose, this wine has delicate apricots, pears, apples, lemons, and some undertones of wet stone.

It’s light on the palate with an elegant and a refined texture. You can taste the green apple, pear, peach, candied apricot, and lemon with hints of minerals. It’s a light bodied wine with a good structure that has bright acidity and is very well-balanced. 

Overall, this bottle has more body and structure than traditional Pinot Grigio – expressive with a mineral/wet stone undertone on the nose yet filled with tropical flavors on your palate.
