WineO Mark Review

An Argentinian Chardonnay with an attractive profile taken from its barrel during the aging process.

This wine has a beautiful fragrance of pear, apple, lemons, and a touch of honey with notes of oak, nuts, and minerality.

There are flavors of baked apples, peaches, pears, lemon, and crushed stone with hints of minerals, oak, butter, and white pepper that creates a slightly spicy finish. It’s full-bodied, nicely textured, well-balanced, complex, and elegant.

This wine has high acidity and a silky texture making it a perfect pair for meals such as meat tenderloin, roast chicken, vegetarian dishes, and seafood chowder.
