The Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc has a crystal clear bottle with a simple design and the wine has a pale yellow color.

Aroma

I can already tell from opening the bottle that this is a super-perfumed wine filled with peach and citrusy flavors. There’s honeydew, lemon, a hint of green apple, and a little bit of minerality.

Taste

The taste confirms what you smell from this wine. I initially got some bright citrus, green apple, and melon. On my second taste, I can taste some subtle minerality and some notes of honey in the finish.

Finish

The Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc has a refreshing and crisp acidity. There’s lemon and grapefruit on the finish with a touch of minerality. Because of the upfront flavor of the fruit, the wine has a nice balance and is a great way to cleanse the palate.
