WineO Mark Review

This wine is a ruby color on the glass with a wonderful aroma of red and black fruits with hints of oak, forest plants, and spices.

On the palate, it’s medium-bodied, delicate, and intense flavors of red fruit profile. There are flavors of cranberries, cherries, raspberries, and strawberries followed by notes of baking spices, oak, vanilla, and dry green herbs. It has vibrant acidity and a well balanced finish.

If you want a great Sonoma Pinot Noir or even Chardonnay, for that matter, I would immediately say Kistler. Their Pinots (and Chards) are world-class, made using the old-world Burgundian techniques but applied to new-world vineyards!

This Pinot Noir is a more elegant wine with delicate flavors.
