Located in Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley, this white vintage combines grapes from Windsor Oaks and a certified organic vineyard in Carneros. 

On the glass, this wine has a dark yellow color with a medium-intensity aroma coming from the ripe pears, apples, lemons, butter, and oak with a minerality note. 

It’s highly structured on the palate, medium to full-bodied with medium bright acidity. You can taste the pear, apple, pineapple, and ripe lemons, with hints of nutmeg, oak, and butter. This dry wine is well-balanced, very expressive, and has a medium and elegant finish.

Since this wine is versatile, you can pair it in almost all your favorite dishes like a pan-fried with a white wine reduction sauce.
