On the palate, this wine has mouthwatering acidity and a crisp texture. There are strawberries and raspberries upfront with lemon flavors with spice and brioche in the finish. Overall, this wine is well-balanced, refreshing, and very enjoyable to drink.
Quite simply, one of my favorite Rose Champagnes!
