From Mendoza wine region, Luca’s winery was the first in Argentina to bottle old vine Malbec from small family-owned vineyards. Luca is part of the Catena family of wine.

This wine has a bouquet of blackberries, black plums, blueberries, and black tea with notes of spices.

It’s medium to full-bodied, with some hints of floral and smooth on the palate. There are juicy fruit flavors of blueberry, black cherry, dark plum, and strawberry with hints of chocolate, leather, oak, and pepper. It has a nicely integrated oak creating a savory and spicy finish.

Its a great wine but let it breathe for at least 20 minutes before consuming.
