This wine has a pale salmon-pink color on the glass. It has a lovely aroma of strawberries, cherries, lemons, orange zest, and herbs with notes of flowers on the end.

It has a firm structure that’s well-balanced, juicy, and has a sharp focus. This wine is light-bodied, has moderate acidity, and has a dry finish. There are flavors of red berries, apple, pear, apricot, and peach with hints of brioche, and some minerals.

Enjoy this wine with spicy seafood paella, lean fish, shellfish, cured meat, and appetizers, or enjoy it on its own. I actually enjoyed this Rose more than their Brut.
