This wine has a pale yellow color on the glass with an alluring aroma of apples, peaches, grapefruits, lemons, and flowers.

It’s light-bodied, elegant, fresh, and dry on the palate. You can taste the green apples a lot,  with some pears, citrus, and honey with a hint of gravel and minerality on the finish.

This wine is well-balanced and has medium acidity making it enjoyable to drink.  It’s one of my best choices with spicy food and rich flavored fish.
