WineO Mark Review

The label and the bottle of this wine just calls out “premium wine”! And I thoroughly enjoyed it. I would highly recommend for those that enjoy crisp and refreshing White Burgundy wines, more specifically Chablis!

This wine has a pale gold color on the glass. It has an intense aroma of apricots, honey, green apples, lemons, and wet stone.

It’s well-balanced on the palate that’s rich, rounded, and lively. It has great complexity that’s fresh and has bright acidity. There are flavors of green apples, white peaches, pears and lemon zests that gives a long citrus yet mineral finish.

You can pair this wine with luxurious dishes such as grilled lobsters, escargot, caviar, or white sauced meats and pastas.
