WineO Mark Review

This Cabernet Sauvignon demonstrates the classic California characteristics of Central Coast vineyards in a most delightful manner. Fruit forward, easy to drink, and a kick of some secondary flavors at a decent price.

So this wine starts with an enticing aroma filled with dark fruit flavors such as blackberry, black cherry, plum, cassis, and leather. Then it’s followed by notes of vanilla, caramel, violet, and sawdust.

It’s a medium to full-bodied wine with full tannins making it rich and complex. Also it’s smooth and almost creamy on the palate with a good structure creating a long and lingering finish. You can taste ripe blackberries, dark cherries, plums, and vanilla with hints of toasty spice, wood smoke, and black pepper.
