Best Shake Shack Wine Pairing Guide

Shake Shack Wine Pairing Guide

I remember the first time I lined up for Shake Shack in Madison Square Park, NYC. Never had I seen such a long line of people for a burger joint. The closest would be the drive thru car lines in CA for In N Out. All my East Coast friends at the time told me that Shake Shack was their burger of choice so I had to try it out!

And the result? It’s a dang good burger. Simply made and delicious. I love the griddled patties which really bring out the rich and meaty flavor. While the components are similar to any other burger – lettuce, tomato, and sauce. One of the standout ingredients is actually the bun… their soft, squishy Martin’s potato rolls soak in all the juices from the meat and it’s absolutely perfect!

Shake Shack already serves its own branded beer and wine with their food, so they already know how great their meaty, creamy cheeseburgers taste with some wine. We decided to create a simple Shake Shack wine pairing guide for the next time you want to add a compliment with this yummy burger.
