For many, including me, nothing compares to a relaxing glass of red wine at the end of a long day.

AND if you don’t know already, there are countless health benefits of red wine. Though researchers do not fully understand all the reasons why or how the benefits of red wine are so effective, it is widely accepted that adding red wine to your diet can improve your life and health.

So I’m highlighting this word MODERATION for a reason.

One of the most frequent questions I would be asked at our events, “Hey Mark, Is wine really good for me?” They would ask this question with the biggest smile on their face. I could sense they wanted me to say the more red wine the better!
